The milk/milk froth is dispensed erratically by the coffee machine (sprays, splutters) (CVA 4xxx/CVA 5xxx built-in appliance).
Start a descaling procedure. Proceed as follows:
Tap a sensor control until Maintenance is highlighted.
Press the OK button to confirm.
Then select Descale.
Press the OK button to confirm.
Select Start.
The descaling procedure must be completed through to the end.
Once you have tapped the OK button, you cannot stop the descaling procedure.
Press the OK button to start the descaling procedure.
The display will now guide you through the procedure.
Clean the central spout. Proceed as follows:
Pull the central spout all the way down. Remove the cover by pulling it forward.
Push the insert up and out from inside the cover. Clean both parts thoroughly. Then slide the insert back into the cover until it clicks into place.
Remove the nozzles from the central spout.
Pull the rubber stoppers out. Thoroughly clean the nozzles and both rubber stoppers. Then reinsert the rubber stoppers in the nozzles.
When you have finished cleaning, place the nozzles back into the central spout and insert the central spout into the appliance. Firmly push the central spout up so that it fits tightly in the appliance. Put the cover on the central spout. Push the central spout up.
Start a cleaning procedure for the milk pipework. Proceed as follows:
Tap a sensor control until Maintenance is highlighted.
Press the OK button to confirm.
Then select Clean the milk pipework.
Press the OK button to confirm.
Select Start.
Press the OK button to confirm.
The display will now guide you through the cleaning procedure.
The milk pipework should be cleaned once a day for excellent results and the most enjoyable coffee experience.
