The milk in the milk flask is too hot.
Cool the milk down to less than 50°F (10°C) in the refrigerator.
The milk froth is not hot enough or is too runny.
Cool the milk down to less than 50°F (10°C) in the refrigerator.
Clean and install the central spout and the milk flask lid as specified in the operating instructions.
Replace the old angled connector with the angled connector supplied. Proceed as follows:
Open the appliance door.
Open the service panel on the back of the appliance door; see Fig. 2.
Pull off the old angled connector; see (1) in Fig. 3.
Detach the hoses; see (1) and (2) in Fig. 1.
Clean the milk pipework. Proceed as follows:
Insert the brush supplied into both of the hoses that have been detached.
Move the brush back and forth as far as possible until all residue has been removed.
Push the cleaned hoses onto the angled connector supplied; see (1) and (2) in Fig. 1.
Insert the angled connector supplied; see (3) in Fig. 1.
The hoses should sit tightly on the connection pieces and form a seal.
Reinsert the service panel; see Fig. 2.
Close the appliance door.
