The brew unit cannot be positioned correctly.
Check whether you can remove the brew unit.
If you can remove the brew unit, proceed as follows:
Clean the brew unit under running water without using cleaning agent.
Push the coffee ejector of the brew unit into the correct position.
CVA only: Reinsert just the grounds container and the water container.
Close the appliance door.
Switch the coffee machine on with the On/Off button.
The brew unit drive will be initialized. The message Insert brew unit is displayed.
Open the appliance door.
Slide the brew unit back into the coffee machine.
If you cannot remove the brew unit, proceed as follows:
Switch the coffee machine off with the On/Off button.
Wait approx. 2 minutes.
Switch the coffee machine on again.
