TwinDos via compartment 1 and/or 2 has not been used for too long a time. The detergent in the hoses may dry up.
The washing machine has a cleaning program for cleaning the TwinDos system.
Running the cleaning program will clean the hoses inside the washing machine.
To clean the system, you either need a “TwinDos Care” cleaning cartridge or a refill cartridge.
Use TwinDos for your next wash program.
Or: carry out the TwinDos maintenance program immediately.
Switch on the washing machine.
Scroll to the second page in the main menu.
Touch the Maintenance sensor control. The display will then change to show the Maintenance menu.
Select TwinDos maintenance.
Touch the sensor control for the container you want to clean.
Confirm the Start maintenance process? prompt with the Yes sensor control.
Follow the instructions on the display.
