Briana Ryan is the director of Architect & Designer Development and Kitchen Retail Trade sales channel at Miele USA. She has worked in the kitchen & bath industry for fifteen years, holding a variety of marketing & sales roles for vendors of key kitchen and building components. Briana holds a Communication Media Arts degree from the State University of New York, serving in several media relations roles prior to entering design & construction. She was previously an NKBA 30 Under 30 award recipient. A mid-century modern enthusiast and resident of the lower Hudson Valley, Briana enjoys renovating her own mid-mod home in her free time.

Ryan Arceri brings 15 years of experience in sales, account management, and training across multinational consumer brands and the K–12 education sector. He joined Miele in 2019 as a Territory Manager, building key relationships with luxury accounts and designer partners in Southern California and Hawaii, and was recognized for driving market share growth and delivering sustainable results. Based in Los Angeles, Ryan holds a B.A. in Sociology from California State University, Long Beach, a Secondary Teaching Credential from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and an MBA from the University of Redlands.

Katja Hernandez is an accomplished professional in the kitchen design industry with nearly a decade of experience driving collaboration and growth. Originally from Germany, she has built a dynamic international career, having lived and worked in Australia before relocating to the United States in 2014. Her global perspective and passion for design have shaped her approach to client engagement. Since joining Miele in 2015, Katja has held several advancing roles and now serves as a Design Manager in Miami. She specializes in architect and designer development across multiple regions, building strong partnerships and delivering impactful solutions.

Victor Hinojos is the Design Manager for San Francisco, where he partners with architects, designers, and clients to bring forward innovative solutions that blend functionality with design excellence. With more than 12 years of experience in the building industry and home improvement sector, he has held senior roles such as Regional Showroom Manager, General Manager, Customer Care Manager, and Luxury Sales Manager. Known for his leadership, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills, Victor has built a career centered on cultivating lasting relationships and driving brand loyalty. He excels in guiding teams to consistently achieve business objectives while maintaining the highest levels of service and communication.

Dana Matassa is a seasoned design and sales professional with over 20 years of experience in the kitchen, bath, and interior design industry. Currently serving as Design Manager in Washington, D.C., Dana specializes in building strong partnerships with architects, designers, and developers to integrate Miele’s premium appliances into luxury residential and commercial projects. Before joining Miele, Dana held leadership roles including Regional Design Director at Symmons Industries, where he drove significant growth in the Southeast region, and worked with top hospitality brands and multi-family developers. Known for his strategic approach to design, client engagement, and project management, Dana combines creativity with technical expertise to deliver exceptional solutions.

Emery Murphy is a dynamic design professional based in Boston, blending expertise in luxury appliance integration with a passion for interior design. As Design Manager at Miele, Emery collaborates with architects, designers, and showrooms across New England to bring Miele’s innovative products into high-end residential spaces. Her role focuses on fostering relationships and delivering exceptional design solutions that combine performance and aesthetics. A graduate of High Point University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Emery brings a unique perspective as a designer herself.

Tracy Parks is an accomplished design professional with over 30 years of experience in kitchen and bath design, space planning, and luxury home projects. Currently serving as Design Manager in Chicago, Tracy leads initiatives to collaborate with architects and designers across the Midwest, ensuring seamless integration of Miele’s premium appliances into residential projects. Her career spans roles as Experience Center Manager and Business Development Manager at Miele, where she specialized in product training, client engagement, and brand advocacy. Prior to joining Miele, Tracy operated her own interior design firm for 14 years and worked with leading custom home builders and high-end kitchen design studios. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and Art from Illinois State University.

Rosie Philidor is the Design Manager for New York, where she helps designers specify high-end, innovative, and sustainable kitchen appliances for their projects. A frequent collaborator with Miele’s New York Experience Center, she works to establish Miele as the preferred brand of choice among architects, designers, and other specifiers—bridging smart technology with luxury-focused design. Rosie brings over 20 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry, where she connected celebrities with fashion houses and heritage brands, and led global ad campaigns that delivered measurable brand impact. Her background as a stylist and brand partnership expert informs her refined approach to aesthetics and client experience. She also has a strong foundation in luxury real estate, having worked in residential sales and built trusted relationships with high-end buyers, sellers, and developers, adding a unique layer of insight into the intersection of lifestyle, design and market trends.
