If the technician determines that the repair falls outside of the Miele Appliance Warranty, the following charges apply. For full details, please refer to our General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Trip Fee: $160 for the technician’s visit (one-time charge)
- Labor Fee: $160 per hour (In Illinois, Rhode Island, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington, California, and Hawaii, the labor fee is $185.), billed in 5-minute increments for the first 90 minutes and 15-minute increments thereafter.
- Parts: Charged separately.
