There is water under the coffee machine.
As a result, the water container is positioned a little too high or at an angle on its surface in the coffee machine. The dispenser valve cannot close correctly and is leaky. The water container is leaking slowly.
Carefully clean and dry the surface the water container sits on, particularly the slots; see Fig. 1.

Clean the water container, proceeding as follows:
Press the lid on the right-hand side.
Pull the water container up by its lid to remove it; see Fig. 2.
Remove the lid from the water container. Clean the lid by hand.
Clean and dry the outside of the dispenser valve under the water container.
Clean the water container in the dishwasher or by hand using warm water and liquid dish soap.
Dry the water container after cleaning.
Install the lid back on the water container.
