The temperature difference between the milk and milk froth is too low.
For the best results, proceed as follows:
Use the Cappuccinatore dial to set the milk temperature a little colder; see between (1) and (2) in Fig. 1.
Then, turn the dial to Milk froth; see (4) in Fig. 1.
