The lid is not positioned correctly on the drip tray.
The drip tray lid is not sitting correctly under the lug of the retainer even though the lid clips are locked.
Remove the lid from the drip tray:
The orange clips are not removable.
Press the orange clips outward on both sides to release the lid.
Reattach the lid of the drip tray:
Slide the lid under the lug next to the contacts and apply pressure to the lid until the catches at the sides audibly click into place.
