The point in time at which the descaling solution is rinsed has been modified in a software update.
Rather than waiting for the next activation rinsing cycle, the descaling solution is now rinsed 30 minutes after the start of automatic descaling.
Fill the water container for automatic descaling with water at least up to the descaling mark (at least 2 cups/500 ml water).
Always put the milk pipework into the drip tray cover when switching the appliance off; this will stop the descaling solution running out alongside the coffee machine.
