The maintenance container or another container is very close to the rear wall or is touching the rear wall of the coffee machine. The rim of the container is not clearly recognized by the automatic spout adjustment.
To ensure that the automatic spout adjustment can clearly recognize the rim of the container, the maintenance container or other containers must not be too close to the rear wall of the coffee machine or touch the rear wall.
Place the maintenance container or other containers further forward under the central spout.
