How the FilterBag change indicator works.
The FilterBag change indicator does not refer to the volume of dust vacuumed, but to the extent to which filtration is still effective. If you have vacuumed more substantial soiling (e.g., large leaves from house plants), then the FilterBag will fill up quickly, but the fine filter pores will not yet be saturated.
Replace the FilterBag so that it fits more loosely in the dust compartment, allowing you to remove it easily.
