The login details for the home Wi-Fi network are reset.
Complete the pairing process for your robot vacuum cleaner in the app again so that the Wi-Fi connection to the home network can be re-established.
The robot vacuum cleaner is then shown as a connected appliance in the app again.
If the Wi-Fi password is entered via a password manager on the smartphone, the password also needs to be changed in the password manager. Otherwise, enter the Wi-Fi password manually using the smartphone’s keypad.
