Fault code 500 in app

Fault code 500 is displayed in the Miele app.

The Miele app cannot access the domestic appliance.

Fault code 500 means that the Miele app is attempting to access the domestic appliance. However, the domestic appliance cannot be accessed for technical reasons relating to the network (e.g., there is no Wi-Fi signal or the appliance has no power).

Check whether your router’s Wi-Fi is activated. Many routers have an LED that shows the status of the Wi-Fi.

Check that your home Wi-Fi network is activated and that your domestic appliance is connected to it.

Check the Wi-Fi reception quality on the display of the Miele domestic appliance.

If necessary, reset the Wi-Fi connection between your Miele domestic appliance and your Wi-Fi network.
