Appliances not shown in app

The Miele appliances are not shown in the MieleĀ app.

You have set up different user accounts on your mobile terminal devices.

You are using several mobile terminal devices (smartphones, tablets) in your home network.

Use the same user account to log in on all mobile terminal devices.

Incomplete electronic data plate (serial number).

The smartphone/tablet must be connected to the Miele domestic applianceā€™s access point (own Wi-Fi) when the appliance electronic data plate needs to be checked. The menu navigation can vary depending on the domestic appliance and what equipment and software it has.

Start the access point for the Miele domestic appliance. To do this, try one of the following options.

  • Option 1:

    • ī‡°Select Settings > Miele@home > Set up > Connection method Via app.

    Result: The Miele domestic applianceā€™s own access point will start up for 30Ā minutes.

  • Option 2:

    • ī‡°Reset the module; see ā€œXKMĀ 3100Ā W communication module ā€“ Carrying out a restart and restoring the factory default settingsā€.

    • ī‡°Switch on the domestic appliance.

    • ī‡°Select Settings > Networking on.

    Result: The Miele domestic applianceā€™s own access point will start up for 30Ā minutes.

  • Option 3:

    • ī‡°Reset the module; see ā€œXKMĀ 3100Ā W communication module ā€“ Carrying out a restart and restoring the factory default settingsā€.

    Result: The Miele domestic applianceā€™s own access point will start up for 30Ā minutes.

īæSelect Settings > Wi-Fi > Miele domestic appliance Wi-Fi.

  • The name of the domestic appliance Wi-Fi network is always: Miele@home appliance type; for example: Miele@home-GĀ 7565Ā SCViĀ XXL-7.

    If the appliance model is not displayed correctly, the electronic data plate has not been completed correctly. In this case, the electronic data plate must be corrected by a service technician. Please contact Miele Service.

īæConnect the domestic appliance using the serial number on the data plate.

īæDisconnect the applianceā€™s own access point and delete or ignore the access point.

ī‡°Reset the module again; see ā€œXKMĀ 3100Ā W communication module ā€“ Carrying out a restart and restoring the factory default settingsā€.

A correction has been made to the customer data.

Log out of the MieleĀ app.

Log in again on the MieleĀ app with your login details.

The home network ID (Group ID) does not match other appliances in your user account.

Reset the network settings on your appliance.

Network (pair) the appliance again.
