With TempControl, you can enjoy consistently incredible results from the most diverse frying processes. To accomplish this, simply select the simmer level or 1 of the 3 frying levels, which come with preset ideal temperatures. You don't have to make any readjustments, because temperatures are kept constant.
TempControl makes the kitchen safer for you, because it reliably prevents oil and butter from overheating in the pan. And since the optimum temperature is always maintained for the food being cooked, there is no more burnt food. You can use these functions with any pans that are suitable for an induction cooktop – there is no need to buy new ones.
