A Classic Miele Thanksgiving
We've put together our favorite Miele Thanksgiving recipes for the ultimate no-stress, delicious, follow-the-recipe Thanksgiving. We'll begin with the perfect Herb Roasted Turkey and teach you our easy but amazing side dishes. Students will learn how to use AutoRoast with the Miele roast probe for a stress-free Thanksgiving dinner. Side dishes include: caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta, Traditional Stuffing, Warm Cranberry Compote and for dessert a Sweet Potato Pie with an almond & graham cracker crust. Class is demonstration with some hands on.

German Holiday Cookie Class
Give the gift of delicious cookies! Everyone loves a warm baked cookie around the holiday season. Surprise your colleagues, friends and family with a new variety of delicious sweets. Join us an afternoon of holiday baking! At this hands-on class we will be baking a variety of traditional German holiday cookies! Center Associate Jennifer Kienzle will be sharing her traditional German cookie recipes and each attendee will take home a box with fresh-baked cookies plus a small gift.
