The magnet is missing from the suction nozzle of the central spout.
Check the serial number and the index number on your coffee machine’s data plate; see Fig. 2. The data plate is located behind the drip tray.
Magnets have not been installed in coffee machines from no. 13/97367459 onward.
Pull the stainless steel cover off the central spout.
Check for a magnet inside the suction nozzle; see Fig. 1.
If a magnet has been installed, reposition it correctly inside the suction nozzle.
