Ideal conditions for longer storage life

In the Miele vacuum sealing drawer, the oxygen and air are removed from the vacuum bags. This creates the ideal conditions for the longer storage of food and the perfect preparation for sous-vide cooking in the Combi-Steam Oven. A choice of three vacuuming settings is available to suit your needs. Setting 3 is ideal for marinated meat, whereas setting 1 is perfect for delicate food such as berries.
