I would have returned it but returns are not allowed.
The vacuum i swell made and sturdy, but it is Quite heavy. The canister doe snot hold much, and the battery ran out quickly. It has a hard time picking up anything of substance- anything that is not dust and flat.

Vacuum does not keep charge. Contacted Miele and they told me to take it to a service center after only having it for three weeks. Customer service was not good will not buy another product from them.
