  • Product is great, but because

    Product is great, but because of their customer service I will never buy any Miele products ever again. I bought the machine and the next day literally they had a promo on it and they wouldn’t honor it. That is poor customer service and how you treat your customers after spending so much money on their products. So I would highly recommend getting from somewhere else.
