  • Good vacuum

    I’m new to Miele. I like my vacuum but customer service is not very good or cooperative. I would buy again at this point but I’m a newbie.

  • almost great with one design oversight.

    Beautiful and effective, but i wish the cleaning head had wheels instead of just a brush head. it makes it very inconvenient to use on carpeted floors.

  • Excellent and versatile product from a trusted brand

    Excellent product. I only buy Miele canister vaccuum cleaners because they are powerful without being noisy, they have several settings to choose from (power, type of floor, length of cane, end accessories), they have excellent filters, and most importantly they are reliable for many years (BTW if you ever need to replace a used brush, they usually have it among their replacement parts. ) I chose this smaller, lighter model for my upper floors as I already own a larger C3 one for the main floor. For this model as well I bought the compatible sgc20 comfort handle, it adds a very useful led light and makes the handling a super breeze.

    Exactly as advertised. I have been using Miele products for many years and always find them excellent. I bought this vac because I wanted one lighter weight than I had been using. This was on sale, so the consistent high quality came at a lower price.
