    This turbo brushes just keep getting better. They are one accessory that tends to wear out after a decade or so, which I find ok. And the new ones seem to work even better.

  • No way to return if it doesn’t work

    We confirmed that this would work well with our current Miele vacuum and purchased it for a carpeted area. We tried it once and it didn’t work at all, per Miele’s return policy we are unable to return it or request a refund. We’ve had to buy a new vacuum and are left with this piece, we obviously didn’t buy the new vacuum from Miele after this experience.
