Update does not start

RemoteUpdate for the washing machine/washer-dryer/tumble dryer does not start. UP appears in the display when RemoteUpdate is started. The Start/Add laundry and Timer sensor controls light up but do not respond. The TwinDos Colors and TwinDos Whites sensor controls do not light up.

A TwinDos message (TwinDos empty or TwinDos maintenance, for example) is overriding the RemoteUpdate message.

Touch the TwinDos Colors sensor control.

Touch the TwinDos Whites sensor control.

Press the Start/Add laundry sensor control.

The RemoteUpdate is now carried out. You can also use the Timer sensor control to set the RemoteUpdate to take place at a later time.
