The TwinDos cartridge is missing the barcode that is read by the washing machine.
Enter the detergent dispensing quantity for TwinDos in the settings as follows:
Select Settings Appliance functions TwinDos.
Select the TwinDos cartridge compartment for which you want to enter the dispensing quantity.
Select Medium.
Select Dispensing quantity.
Enter the dispensing quantity specified on the detergent packaging for water hardness level 2 (medium), normally soiled laundry, and a load size of 10 lb (4.5 kg).
UltraPhase 1 = 38 mL
UltraPhase 2 = 28 mL
This information can be found in a printed table on detergent packaging.
The washing machine automatically calculates the amount of detergent required.
