The drain filter has not been screwed tight or has been screwed in cross threaded.
Clean the drain filter; see operating instructions.
Put the drain filter in place.
To ensure that the thread grips properly, turn the drain filter counterclockwise by half a turn before screwing it in.
Tighten the drain filter by hand.
Close the access flap.
