Fault F35 or door release

The washing machine display shows fault F35, Door release, contact Miele Service, or The door lock is jammed. Contact Miele Service. The door could not be unlocked or the drum could not be unlocked on the top loader.

There is a technical fault.

This is a technical fault that you cannot remedy yourself.
