Fault F20 or Heating fault is shown on the display of the washing machine/washer-dryer.
The Thermostop function ensures that the set program temperature is reached.
The Thermostop starts if the set temperature has not been reached within the specified time. While Thermostop is running, the time left display pauses.
As soon as the desired temperature is reached, the wash program resumes and the time left display starts to count down again.
Disconnect the washing machine/washer-dryer from the power supply. Unplug the appliance or switch off the breaker.
Wait at least 2 minutes before reconnecting the washing machine to the power supply.
Then switch the washing machine on again.
Restart the program.
