Laundry has static charge after drying

After drying in the tumble dryer, items made of synthetic fibers are charged with static electricity.

When items made of synthetic fibers rub together, negative charges are released, resulting in a static charge.

Add fabric softener during the final rinse of the next wash. This will reduce the level of static charging.
