Insufficient steam during Steam Smoothing

Clean the lint filter as follows:

• 

• Remove the condensate container.

• 

• Pull out the spout.

• 

• Guide the end of the hose through the opening and hold it securely with one hand.

• Use your other hand to pull the lint filter off the hose.

• Rinse the lint filter with a water jet until all the lint has been removed.

• Place the cleaned lint filter back onto the hose.

• Now feed the hose with its lint filter attached into the condensate container.

• Reinstall the spout in the condensate container ensuring that it is positioned correctly.

The spray jet is located at the top left of the tumble dryer door opening.

Remove the spray jet and replace it with a new one.

You can replace the spray jet yourself using a special tool. To obtain the spray jet and relevant tool, please contact Miele Service.

As soon as you have received the spray jet and tool, please proceed as follows:

• 

• Attach the tool to the spray jet.

• Turn the tool counterclockwise to unscrew the spray jet.

• Insert the new spray jet in the tool.

• Turn the tool clockwise to screw the spray jet securely in position.
