Steam outlet increasingly in heating-up phase

More steam escapes during the steam oven/combi-steam oven heating-up phase than during cooking.

During the heating-up phase, there is continuous heat to ensure the desired temperature is reached quickly. This causes more steam to escape. During cooking, the oven is only heated occasionally to maintain the temperature. Steam production is therefore significantly lower.
