Fault F12

Fault F12 is shown on the display of the steam oven/combi-steam oven. The current cooking program is interrupted. Water is not getting into the steam oven.

The water intake valve is not open.

Open the water intake valve and then restart operation.

The filter in the water intake is blocked.

Clean the filter.

The water intake hose is faulty.

Turn the steam oven off.

Close the water supply valve.

Please contact Miele Customer Service.

If you cannot remedy the fault yourself, switch the steam oven off. Contact a plumber or Miele Service.
