The time delay and image quality can vary depending on available bandwidth. The better the connection, the smoother the transmission.

However, if data transmission is only possible to a limited extent (the reception signal strength is only reaching one bar, for example), then it may not be possible to perform video transmission at all, or it may not be possible for the video image to form.
