Fridge zone/freezer zone not cooling

The fridge zones or freezer zones in the refrigeration appliance are not working.

The zone in question is not switched on.

Switch on the required zone.

The corresponding temperature display should light up.

Check whether the electrical plug is plugged in and whether the circuit breaker has tripped.
