Noises continue after cooking process has finished

Noises continue to be heard from the microwave after the cooking process has finished.

The cooling fan will continue to run for a while after the end of a cooking process to prevent any humidity building up in the oven compartment, on the control panel, or on the oven housing unit.

The cooling fan switches off automatically after a certain period. If you want to shorten the fan run-on, you can open the appliance door.
