The ironing board is not in its lowest position.
Turn and hold the rotary dial in the direction (arrow symbol).
Press the tower down into its lowest working position.
Turn the rotary dial in the direction (lock symbol) and release the rotary dial.
The ironing board is unlocked and moves down.
Guide the ironing board downward or allow it to slide down by itself.
Push the ironing board up by the tapered end until it locks into position on the tower.
Press the ironing board base to the tower until the ironing board base locks into place.
