The circulation pump is blocked.
In longer breaks between rinses (lasting weeks or months at a time), or when commissioning for the first time, the pump may be dry and stick or jam.
Risk of scalding.
Contact with hot water can cause scalding.
Take care with heated water.
Do not use excessively hot water (max. 165°F/75°C).
Remove the lower spray arm.
Remove the filter combination.
Pour 1 liter of hot water (max. 165°F/75°C) with 3 to 5 drops of rinse aid into the dishwasher interior.
Leave the solution to soak for 5 minutes.
Reinstall the filter combination.
Reinstall the lower spray arm.
Ensure that the filter combination lies flat in the base of the wash cabinet.
Restart the program.
Repeat the process 2 to 3 times.
