Due to boiling over or spillage, liquid has made its way through the cover grille into the vapor extraction.
The base of the grease filter can hold approx. 8 oz (250 mL) of liquid. The drip tray underneath the vapor extraction housing can hold an additional 8 oz (250 mL) of liquid.
Turn the vapor extraction off.
Clean the grease filter, the drip tray, the inside of the casing, and the fan motor compartment.
Replace the active charcoal filter if necessary.
