No milk/milk froth

Always use cold milk (< 50°F/10°C).

Carefully push the milk flask into the coffee machine as far as it will go.

Push the milk suction tube onto the milk flask lid as far as it will go.

Make sure that the milk suction tube is stuck on the milk flask lid.

Disassemble the milk valve. Proceed as follows:

• 

• Press the latches on the left and right-hand sides of the milk valve holder. Pull the holder forward to remove it.

• 

• Pull the stainless steel bolt upward and out.

Soak the stainless steel bolt in warm water and a little liquid dish soap.

Clean the stainless steel bolt thoroughly by hand or in the dishwasher.

Assemble the milk valve. Proceed as follows:

• Insert the stainless steel bolt from above.

• 

• Insert the holder with the silicone seal until it audibly clicks into place.

Make sure that the Rinse milk pipework automatic program is carried out in full.

CM 6: The seam on the milk pipework, the central spout, and the rinse valve makes it easier to assemble.

Check that the milk pipework is correctly connected to the central spout.

Clean the central spout and milk pipework carefully with the brush.
