Automatic cleaning and descaling of the coffee machine are not performed even though the cleaning and descaling cartridges are full and the timer has been activated.
The water container must be at least half-filled with water for automatic cleaning and descaling to start.
Fill the water container with fresh, cold drinking water up to the max. mark.
The coffee machine must be switched off for automatic cleaning and descaling.
The coffee machine will not perform automatic cleaning and descaling if the machine is also activated by the Appliance timer at the same time.
Set the Maintenance timer to a different time when the coffee machine is switched off for at least 4 hours. For this reason, it is best to set an evening time or a regular time during which you are not at home during the day.
