No automatic cleaning and descaling

Automatic cleaning and descaling of the coffee machine are not performed even though the descaling cartridge is full and the timer has been activated.

Software fault.

The fill level of the water container is not being read out correctly. The water container must be at least half-filled with water.

Fill the water container with fresh, cold drinking water up to the max. mark.

The Maintenance timer and Appliance timer functions have been set to the same start time.

The coffee machine will not perform automatic cleaning if the machine is also activated by the Appliance timer at the same time.

Set the Maintenance timer to a different time when you will not be using the coffee machine for at least 2.5 hours.
