The milk pipework, connections, or the intake tube on the milk flask are clogged.
Clean all parts carefully with the cleaning brush.

Clean all parts carefully with the cleaning brush.
Push the central spout all the way down and remove the stainless steel cover by pulling it forward.
Remove the dispensing unit by pulling it forward.
Clean the steam nozzle with the cleaning brush; see Fig. 2. To clean, push the brush into the nozzle, making sure it goes no further than the red line.
Once you have cleaned the steam nozzle, push the dispensing unit back onto the central spout. Press firmly to ensure the spouts at the bottom connect correctly with the edge of the dispenser.
Replace the stainless steel cover and connect the milk pipework.
Run the Rinse milk pipework program.

Install the milk pipework correctly. The seam on the milk hose connector must line up with the seam on the central spout.
Install the rinse valve insert so that it is completely pushed in.
Clean the rinse valve (see operating instructions).
Completely dismantle the central spout and clean it (see operating instructions).
