Coffee grounds can cause mold to develop. The grounds container usually also contains residual water from the rinsing procedure.
If the grounds container is emptied when the coffee machine is switched off, the coffee machine may not register the process.
Empty the grounds container when the coffee machine is switched on.
Clean the grounds container daily.
Clean the grounds container at the latest when Empty grounds container appears on the coffee machine’s display.
