The cups have not been preheated.
The smaller the cup and the thicker its sides, the more important it is to preheat it.
Preheat the cup with hot water:
Put the cup under the hot water nozzle.
Press the hot water button and fill up the cup about halfway.
Press the hot water button again to stop the water.
Let the cup preheat for a moment before pouring the water out of the cup.
Heat up the cups in a Gourmet warming drawer or by placing them on the cup heating (if fitted).
