Coffee/espresso not hot

Put the cup under the hot water nozzle.

Press the hot water button and fill up the cup about halfway.

Press the hot water button again to stop the water.

Let the cup preheat for a moment before pouring the water out of the cup.

Heat up the cups in a warming drawer or on the cup heater if available.

Set the temperatures for the different types of coffee in accordance with the operating instructions.
