If the QuickTouch function is activated, the coffee machine will not switch off completely; instead, it will stay in standby mode.
If the QuickTouch function is activated, then the proximity sensor will also be activated. The proximity sensor can reactivate the coffee machine unintentionally if something approaches the coffee machine.
Deactivate the proximity sensor. Proceed as follows:
Change the entry under the following menu option: Settings, Proximity sensor, Switch on appliance, Off.
Deactivate the QuickTouch function. Proceed as follows:
Change the entry under the following menu option: Settings, Display, QuickTouch, Off.
