Sticky or twisted coffee beans have not slid into the grinder and have caused a blockage.
The sensor for registering the fill level of the bean container is blocked and is registering that the bean container is full.
Take the bean container out of the coffee machine.
Carefully shake the bean container once in your hands.
Put the bean container back in the coffee machine.
