The coffee is too coarsely ground or the quantity of coffee is too high.

The quantity of coffee may be too high because some types of coffee have a much higher grinding volume.

The coffee can become too coarsely ground because the grinder will naturally wear out slightly over time. Set the grinder to a finer setting if necessary.

Confirm the fault message with OK.

Remove the brew unit.

Clean the brew unit under running water without using cleaning agent.
