The bean container is difficult to remove. Noises occur during removal.
Carefully take the bean container out of the coffee machine.
Clean the insertion slot area.
Use a vacuum cleaner to remove any coffee residues from the interior of the insertion slot.
If possible, carefully take off the bean container lid.
Carefully take the bean container out of the coffee machine.
Reduce the amount of coffee beans.
Put the lid back on the bean container.
Push the bean container into the coffee machine.
Make sure to not overfill the bean container in future.
Tip for CVA 7xxx: If you were able to remove one of the two bean containers, reach into the empty insertion slot and feel for a curved surface on the second bean container by feeling along it at the back of the central spout. Press on this surface. This releases the spring mechanism of the bean container.
The second bean container is pushed out of the retainer.
