Clean the insertion chute area.
Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the insertion chutes.

Bean container difficult to remove
The bean container is difficult to remove. Noises occur during removal.
The bean container has been overfilled. The lid comes off and gets stuck on the top of the insertion chutes.
Carefully take off the bean container lid.
Take the bean container out of the coffee machine.
Reduce the amount of coffee beans.
Put the lid back on the bean container.
Put the bean container in the coffee machine.
Make sure to not overfill the bean container in future.
