Program does not start in the dishwashing schedule (AutoStart)

Although a dishwashing schedule (AutoStart) has been set up in the Miele app, the program does not start. The Miele app shows the push notification Unfortunately, your program could not be started. Please follow the instructions on your dishwasher. However, a message is not displayed on the dishwasher itself.

There is a software fault.

Miele is currently working to fix the software fault.

General requirements for a successful wash cycle (AutoStart)

A wash cycle is only started if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The dishwasher has an internet connection.

  • MobileStart is activated on the dishwasher.

  • The door is closed.

  • AutoDos is activated.

  • The door has been opened at least once since the last program was completed.

  • A PowerDisk All in 1 container is inserted and not empty.

  • No other programs are running.
