Fault code 3.1.52 / Wi-Fi connection failed

The Miele domestic appliance could not connect to the Wi-Fi. The Miele app displays the message Wi-Fi connection failed and the fault code 3.1.52.

An incorrect Wi-Fi password has been entered.

Enter the Wi-Fi password again.

Tap Try again.

The Wi-Fi is no longer available (outside range, router problem, etc.).

Check the Wi-Fi signal strength at the installation site of the domestic appliance.

Check whether your router is working properly.

Check whether another network is available and appropriate. To do this, tap Choose another Wi-Fi network.

Please note: Your mobile device and your Miele domestic appliance must be connected to the same Wi-Fi during pairing.

There is a connection fault.

Cancel the pairing process by tapping the cross on the top left of the app.

Restart your router.

Restart the pairing process via Add appliance.

Use the WPS system connection method if your router supports this method. To do this, tap Add appliance in the app and then tap Use WPS system instead at the bottom.
