This is not a fault. Washing machines without the EcoFeedback function do not have the technology required to display energy and water consumption values in the Miele app. The app will display the program runtime, temperature (except in the case of the ECO 40–60 program), TwinDos usage (on washing machines with TwinDos), and the spin speed.
Affects washing machines without the EcoFeedback function. The operating instructions will indicate whether your washing machine supports the EcoFeedback function (“Environmentally friendly washing” section).
